CONTACT FREEZER
- Suitable to freezing aqua-product and food in blocks
- Freezing shrimps, fish, meat in trays

- Standard freezing capacities of 500, 750, 1000, 1500 và 2000kg/batch
- Both sides of freezer are made of stainless steel.
- IQF covers are thermal insulated with injected 150mm thick Fu foam with density of 40kg/m3
- Doors are located at two ends of equipment with 2 or 4 wings conveniently for loading and unloaing goods. Hinge and lock and other fixed parts are of stainless steel. Doors are equipped with anti frozen gaskets with electric heater.
- Heat exchanging plates are made of cast aluminium that are imported from Taiwan, best suited for both side contact and liquid supply system with liquid pump.
- Hydraulic cylinder with japanese pump used for raising and dropping the plates can be adjusting the gap between plates suitable to conditions of loading and unloading the trays.
- NH3 Liquid collector and indoor contructures are of stainless steel. The bumper bars on top and bottom are made of rigid plastic
- Electrical panel used for control hydraulic cylindeer with stainless steel cover contains breakers, contactor and thermal relays from Mitsubishi. The cabinet is waterproofed with sealing joints
